About Us

Was created in 2008 by Rosana Velasco and James McKinnell, following on from their many years’ experience as P&I Correspondents.

The company offers the full range of P&I Correspondents’ and claims handling services throughout the whole of Spain.

We base our business on being able to provide an immediate and efficient first response service to any P&I emergency, 24 hours a day, 365 days per year, and in any Spanish port, including the Balearic and Canary Islands. We do this by relying on our extensive network of technical suppliers, with maritime and transport qualifications and experience.

Following on from this first response service, as qualified lawyers we also offer a practical, efficient and economical claims handling and legal advisory service.

We have lengthy experience in handling not only day-to-day issues, but also the most complex P&I casualties and claims. With our experience and team we represent as Correspondents the majority of of the P&I insurers in the market today.
